  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a roasting pan, roast the beef bones for about 30 minutes or until browned.

  4. Add the roasted bones, onions, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, and black peppercorns to the pot.

  6. After 4-6 hours, remove the bones and spices from the pot and add the beef brisket to the broth.
  7. Simmer for another hour or until the brisket is tender.
  8. Remove the brisket from the pot and slice it thinly.
  9. In a separate pot, cook the Ramen noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  10. Divide the noodles among four bowls and top with the sliced brisket, bean sprouts, fresh basil, and jalapeño peppers.
  11. Ladle the hot broth into each bowl.
  12. Serve with lime wedges, Sriracha sauce, and Hoisin sauce on the side.
